I've messed up while updating

Hey all! I was updating my hp quick launch button driver and I've messed up twice now. I don't quite know where I'm going wrong.

Once I've updated them, I'm unable to launch the ap. And they didn't download to the control panel, like the original quick launch buttons.

Any thoughts?

maybe the file you're downloading is corrupt, and is not quite installing right. or, your antivirus software is being antinice, and saying, antidrivers for you! Or, you just have a bugged machine

Sounds like restoring is my best option. Hopefully, that'll work.

Weirdly enough, I successfully downloaded and installed the update modem driver, just before this experience. It's is all unfortunate, because I just started paying attention to my quick launch buttons last week. Lol, such is life!
